摘要
总结了渤海油田首次在渤西油田开发中 ,应用了国外的钻井新技术单筒双井技术 ,成功地在一个井筒里钻成了 2口单独的定向井。特点是 :首次实现了在 762 mm导管里下入了 2口井的 2 4 4 .8mm表层套管 ;首次在 660 mm井眼中 ,成功地进行了 2根 2 4 4 .8mm套管的固井作业 ;首次在同一井眼里 ,实现 2井眼的分别准确定向作业 ,首次成功地使用了单筒双井的井口头进行 1 77.8mm的固井作业。使用了陀螺定向防磁干扰 MWD随钻跟踪准确钻达 2口井的 4个靶区 ,成功地实现了近井距 ,单筒双井 4靶点的井眼轨迹精确控制 ,为海上丛式井技术又增加了一门新实用技术 ,并为今后进一步降低开发成本提高井口平台使用效率 ,摸索出了成功的经验。
The twinhole-in-monobore technology have been successfully used to drill two directional branches in the same wellbore in offshore Bohai, setting the following records,i.e.,the 95/8″ surface casing for two wells run in the 30″pilot pipe; successful completions of the two wells with 95/8 ″casing in the 26″hole; accurate orientation of two wells in the same hole; completion of the 7″casing using original wellhead. Gyroscope steering MWD system was used to locate the four targets of the two wells, and precise well trajectory control was achieved. This technology is beneficial for cost reduction in offshore drilling and could improve the efficiency of platform usage.
