摘要
在产水气井的垂直向上两相流动中 ,环状流是一种非常重要的流型。对于环状流研究已由建立经验关系式的方法逐渐过渡到稳定机理模型的研究上。文中分析了机理模型研究中存在的不足 ,根据环状流的物理结构 ,应用动量守恒定律建立预测环状流特性参数的数学模型 ,采用迭代法求解 ,解决了文献中存在的问题。为了验证所建模型的可靠性 ,建立了一个数据库 ,把根据文中模型和其它两个关系式 (Orkiszewski方法和Beggs—Brill方法 )计算得到的相对性能系数进行对比 ,结果表明该模型的性能优于这两个关系式的性能。
Annular flow is a important flow pattern in upward two-phase flow of gas wells producing water.The study on annular flow has been turned to steady-state mechanistic model from correlation.This paper analyses defects of mechanistic model,according to the physical structure of annular flow,proposes a new model for predicting annular flow properties by using the momentum balance law.The model is solved by iterative method,and solves the problems existing in documents.In order to verify the performance of the proposed model,a database is built.Relative performance factor from the model is compared with the other two correlatons (Orkiszewski method & Beggs-Brill method).The result indicates that the performance of the proposed model is superior to the two correlations.
