摘要
油田采出水在处理过程中的含油污泥外排污染环境的问题 ,一直困绕着各个油田。为此 ,本文在含油污泥组成和粒径分布测定的基础上 ,开发研制了以含油污泥为主要原料、以BJ和SE等为性能添加剂的HB—Ⅱ型含油污泥深部调剖剂。并在现场 1 5井次的应用中 ,形成了与其相配套的施工工艺 ,取得了每施工一口井可增产原油 432t,减少产水 659m3的良好效果。该项技术不仅有效地解决了含油污泥外排造成的环境污染问题 ,也为油田综合治理、降低生产成本提供了一项新的技术措施。
The environment pollution caused by oil-bearing sludge discharging during produced water treatment has been puzzling the oilfields.On the basis of analysis of oil-bearing sludge composition and grain size distributing determination,HB-Ⅱ deep profile control agent for oil-bearing sludge has been developed,which is mainly made of oil-bearing sludge,and BJ and SE as performance additives. Having been used in 15 wells,the full technology has been formed,and using the technology can increase averagely crude oil 432 tons and decrease water 659m 3 in every well,it not only solves the environment pollution effectively but provides a new technical measure on both enviroment protection and reduction of cost compeletely.
