海上作业防爆型油管钳监控系统

Monitoring control system for explosionproof tubing tongs used in offshore production.

鉴于海上油气勘探开发对油管钳防爆的要求越来越高,中国海洋石油技术服务公司研制了防爆型油管钳监控系统。该系统主要由计算机、传感器、电缆、高压油管线和电磁溢流阀等组成,既具有监测功能,又具有控制功能,而且取得了中国船级社的防爆合格证书。简单叙述了系统原理,介绍了系统的防爆特性。在系统的研制和试验过程中,解决了控制系统的防爆、系统的可靠性和系统的轻便性等3个技术难题。该系统在辽东湾区某油田进行下油管作业试验,取得了良好的效果。

In order to satisfy the requirement of explosion protection of tubing tongs used in offshore production, a monitoring control system for explosionproof tubing tongs is developed by China Offshore Petroleum Technology Service Company. The system is mainly comprised of a computer, sensors, cable, high pressure oil lines and electromagnetic overflow valve, has both the functions of measuring and control, and is awarded the explosionproof qualification certificate by China Classification Society. The working principle and explosionproof characteristic of the system are expounded. In the development and test of the system, three technical problems are solved, including the system's explosion protection, reliability and portability. Good effect has been achieved in the field use.
