摘要
TDB液压堵水调剖泵由液压控制系统、往复泵、冷却系统及底座等几大部分组成,采用液压传动原理将电动机的高速旋转机械能通过恒功率变量泵转换成液压油的压力能,再由液压缸将液压油的压力能通过活塞直接转换成工作液的压力能,由此改变了传统的机械传动链,减少了传动环节,实现了能量的高效率传递。恒功率变量泵的特点,决定了泵的排量随地层压力的升高而降低,非常适合堵水调剖作业。现场试验证明,TDB液压堵水调剖泵具有运行平稳、振动小、自吸能力强、易损件寿命长、对堵剂的剪切率小、堵水调剖及注聚节能效果良好等特点。
Model TDB hydraulic pump for profile control and water shutoff consists of hydraulic control device, reciprocating pump, cooling chiller and chassis. It transforms the mechanical energy of the electric motor to the pressure energy of the hydraulic oil by means of constant power variable displacement pump, then transforms directly the pressure energy of the hydraulic oil to the pressure energy of the working fluid through the piston in the hydraulic cylinder, therefor changes the traditional mechanical driving chain by reducing the driving links, and realizes the efficient transmission of energy. Field test shows that, Model TDB hydraulic pump is characterized by smooth operation, small vibration, high self suction capability, and small shear rate. The pump is provided with durable wearing parts, service life, and is the right injection equipment for profile control and water shutoff operation.
