摘要
采用氧化还原引发体系合成了丙烯酰胺 / 2 丙烯酰胺基 2 甲基丙磺酸三元共聚物 ,研究了引发剂用量、2 丙烯酰胺基 2 甲基丙磺酸用量、反应时间和单体浓度对共聚物收率和共聚物特性粘度 ,以及 2 丙烯酰胺基 2 甲基丙磺酸、耐水解单体用量和聚合物的相对分子质量对共聚物泥浆性能的影响 。
A new filtrate loss reducer, acrylamide/2 acrylamido 2 methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS)/hardly hydrolyzable monomer tercoplymer PAMS, was synthesized by redox initiation polymerization in aqueous solution. The effects of initiator dosage, AMPS and monomer mixture concentrations and reaction time on the yield and [η] of the copolymer obtained and of its [η] on the filtrate loss of the copolymer treated saturated and calcium salt water muds(high temperature rolled) were studied. The IR, DTA and TG data of the copolymer PAMS were presented.
