内镜钛夹联合抑酸剂治疗上消化道出血疗效观察

目的:探讨内镜下钛夹联合抑酸剂治疗上消化道出血的临床效果。方法:收治上消化道出血患者62例,随机分为A、B、C3组:A组15例采用内镜下钛夹止血治疗;B组30例采用内镜下钛夹+抑酸剂;C组17例采用抑酸剂,比较72小时的止血有效率。结果:内镜下钛夹+抑酸剂组中,对溃疡出血72小时的止血有效率明显高于其它两组,总有效率中,内镜下钛夹+抑酸剂组高于单用抑酸剂组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗中未出现内镜治疗相关并发症。结论:内镜钛夹联合抑酸剂治疗上消化道出血,效果确切。

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of upper gastrointestinal bleeding by antiacid combination with metal clips.Methods:62 patients of upper gastrointestinal bleeding were selected during January 2008 and June 2011.These patients were randomly divided into three groups(A,B and C).15 patients of A group was treated with metal clips,30 patients of B group was treated by metal clips combination with antiacid,17 patients of C group was treated by antiacid.Comparing the efficiency during the three groups after 72h.Results:The 72h no-bleeding rate in B group was more higher than that in other two groups.There was a significant difference between B group and C group(P<0.05).There was no endoscopic associated complication happened during the therapy.Conclusions:In patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,effective and safe to stop bleeding by using metal clips combination with antiacid.This method is being popularized in clinical.
