急性脑梗死偏瘫患者丰富康复训练的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察丰富康复训练对急性脑梗死偏瘫患者的影响。方法:选择急性脑梗死患者120例,年龄40~65岁,随机分为两组,60例采用一般康复方法,1次/日康复训练1个月;60例进行丰富康复训练1个月;于治疗前、康复治疗的第10天、20天、30天给予运动功能评分,采用简式Fugl-Meye评分方法,barthel(巴士)指数评价。结果:丰富康复训练组Fugl-Meye评分(FMA)和batthel评分(MBI)优于一般康复治疗组。结论:丰富康复训练是治疗急性脑梗死偏瘫患者较为理想的方法,在卒中患者的康复训练中有较高的使用价值及推广应用价值。
