Analysis of Utilization of Toxic Traditional Chinese Medicine in the past 5 Years

目的了解本院毒性中药的用药情况,探讨其应用特点。方法对近5年毒性中药的使用情况、用药频率等进行了回顾性统计和分析。结果毒性中药主要用于癌症治疗,非毒性中药与其配伍以清热药及补虚药居多,生半夏、生南星使用频率最高,分别为88.70%及74.90%,使用剂量高于药典标准量。结论本院毒性中药使用基本合理,但应掌握使用的特殊要求和注意事项、严格控制使用剂量和服药时间。

Objective To understand the application situation of toxic Chinese medicine, and to explore its application characteristics. Methods The application situation and frequency of toxic traditional Chinese medicine in the past 5 years was analyzed retrospectively. Results Toxic traditional Chinese medicine was mainly used for cancer treatment, and mostly was combined with heat-clearing drugs and the deficiency-nourishing drugs. Unprocessed Rhizoma Pinelliae and Unprocessed Rhizoma Arisaematis were the most frequently used, the frequency of its application was 88.70% and 74. 90%, and their dosage was higher than the standard dose of pharmacopoeia. Conclusion The application of toxic traditional Chinese medicine is basically rational in the hospital, controled. but the dose and administration time need to be strictly
