摘要
目的:研究β-防御素2在溃疡性结肠炎中的表达及其与病情严重程度的相关性,探讨β-防御素2在溃疡性结肠炎的诊断及严重程度判断中的临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学的方法检测60例溃疡性结肠炎黏膜组织标本,并根据病情严重程度分为3组,轻度26例、中度20例、重度14例,以及15例正常结肠黏膜组织标本中β-防御素2的表达。结果:①正常结肠黏膜组织标本中β-防御素2表达较弱。②β-防御素2在轻、中、重度溃疡性结肠炎黏膜组织中的阳性表达率分别为38.46%(10/26)、75.00%(15/20)及92.85%(13/14),并随病情严重程度增高而增高(P<0.05)。结论:β-防御素2在溃疡性结肠炎中具有重要的意义。
Abstract Objective： to study the beta de- fense element in the expression and ulcera- tive colitis and in serious condition degree of correlation, this paper discusses the beta de- fense element in the diagnosis of ulcerative colitis and severity judge the clinical signifi- cance.
