超声检查胆囊壁增厚的临床意义

目的:探讨超声检查胆囊壁增厚性改变的临床意义。方法:对550例超声检查胆囊壁增厚患者的临床情况进行分析。结果:胆囊壁增厚是一种非特异性病理表现,主要见于胆囊炎、胆囊癌、急慢性肝炎、肝硬化、慢性心功能不全、慢性肾功能不全、低蛋白血症等,其中胆囊疾病占67.1%,非胆囊疾病占32.9%。结论:超声显像对胆囊壁增厚的原因具有重要的临床鉴别诊断价值。

Abstract Objective：To investigate the clini- cal significance of gallbladder wall thicken- ing by ultrasonography. Methods：The Clini- cal data of 550 patients with gall - bladder wall thickening assessed by ultrasonography was analyzed retrospectively. Results：Gall - bladder wall thickening is a non - specificity pathology performance, most in cholecysti- tis, gallbladder carcinoma, acute or chronic hepatitis, chronic heart failure, chronic renal failure, hypoproteinemia, and so on, among which gallbladder diseases is 67. 1%. Con- clusion ：There is important clinical differen- tial diagnostic value of uhrasonograph in gallbladder wall thickening.
