摘要
目的:探讨儿童颅内占位性病变的诊断,减少漏诊、误诊。方法:2010年3月～2010年8月收治4例颅内占位性病变患儿,回顾性分析其临床资料,探讨其误诊原因。结果:这4例患儿误诊主要原因是病史采集不详细,忽视了其出现的临床症状的鉴别诊断。结论:临床医生在接诊患者时应该重视采集详细病史,包括现病史、既往史、个人史及家族史,在鉴别诊断时重视其病史提供的所有信息以避免漏诊、误诊。
Abstract Objective： Studying of ISOL （In- tracranial Space - occupying Lesion ） on children so as to reduce the rate of the missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis of the disease on them. Methods ： By studying the 4 young cases of ISOL admitted in our hospital retrospectively from March to August in 2010. Conclusion： The main cause of the missed diagnose are mainly due to the com- bination of an insufficient history collection of the subjects and a negligence of the dif- ferentiation of their clinical manifestations. Further study：clinicians should lay stress on a thorough history collection of the patients, including a past medical history, a family history, etc.
