螺旋藻对大鼠运动性骨骼肌损伤保护作用的研究 被引量:11

摘要 观察螺旋藻对大鼠力竭运动后自由基代谢及肌肉损伤标志酶的影响,发现螺旋藻能使力竭运动后骨骼肌线粒体自由基生成减少,抗氧化酶活性增强;使血清中肌肉损伤标志酶水平降低。显示螺旋藻对运动性骨骼肌损伤有显著的保护作用,是较为理想的运动营养补剂。 Effects of spirulina piatensis on exercise-induced muscle damage in rats were investigated. 45 SD rats were di-vided into three groups: sedentary control, exercise control and exercise groups with spirulina platensis. The results showed that spirulina platensis supplement decreased free radicals and increased SOD activities significantly; the release of specific muscle enzymes such as CK, LDH and AST was significantly attenuated. It is concluded that spirulina platen-sis could have a protective role against exercised-induced muscle damage.
