摘要
目的:根据压疮的好发部位、类型、深度,选择不同的治疗与护理方法,提高压疮的治愈率,减轻患者痛苦及经济负担。方法:收治压疮患者87例,通过全身及局部治疗、加强护理等研究。结果:87例患者中,13例因心脑血管病死亡,恶性肿瘤6例因原发病死亡,其余患者压疮创口均有达到预期效果,并且其中47%创口愈合。结论:对压疮进行正确及时的治疗、护理手段,可以明显提高压疮的临床治愈比例。
Objective:according to of pressure ulcers good hair site,type,depth,the choice of treatment and nursing methods,improve cure rate of pressure ulcers,relieve pain and economic burden.Methods:in October 2005 to November 2011 of our 87 cases of pressure ulcers receive treatment in patients with systemic and local treatment,by strengthening the nursing,the clinical data.Conclusion:the pressure ulcer correctly timely medical treatment and nursing method,can obviously improve the clinical cure proportion of pressure ulcers.
