结核性脑膜炎静滴不同温度甘露醇预防静脉炎效果评价

目的:对结核性脑膜炎静滴不同温度甘露醇预防静脉炎效果评价。方法:将96例静滴甘露醇患者随机分成两组,每组48例,每日静滴甘露醇150～200g。研究组将甘露醇加温至37℃左右,然后静滴;对照组按常规输入甘露醇。结果:研究组患者中发生静脉炎12.5%;对照组发生静脉炎93.7%;两组患者静脉炎发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:静滴加温甘露醇降低了静脉炎的发生率,延长了留置针的保留时间。

Objective:To evaluate effect of preventing phlebitis by drip different temperature Mannitol in patients with tuberculous menrngitis.Methods:Patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group of each 48 cases.The experimental group warmed Mannitol to 37℃ and the control group used general method.Results:Occurrence rate of phlebitis were 12.5% and 93.7% in experimental group and control group,the difference has statistic significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Drip warmed Mannitol has reduced phlebitis and prolonged indwelling needle's retention time.
