Kugel hernioplasty via anterior approach for inguinal hernia repair

目的探讨前入路途径Kugel手术治疗腹股沟疝的临床应用价值。方法对2005年11月至2011年5月施行前入路途径Kugel手术的851例（956侧）腹股沟疝患者进行回顾性分析。结果单侧手术时间（42±11）min。并发血清肿21侧，血肿8侧，皮下淤斑12侧，异物感26侧，复发5侧，无切口感染。结论前入路途径Kugel手术能满足修补和加强耻骨肌孔解剖区域的要求，适用于各型腹股沟疝。

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of Kugel hernioplasty via anterior approach for inguinal hernia repair. Methods A retrospective study was made to analyze the clinical data of 851 cases （956 hernias） treated with Kugel hernioplasty via anterior approach for inguinal hernias from November 2005 to May 2011. Results Operative duration was （42 ± 11） minutes. The postoperative complications were detected on 21 hernias of seroma,8 hernias of hematoma, 12 hernias of sub dermal ecchymosis, 26 hernias of foreign body sensation and 5 hernias of recurrence. No incision infection occurred. Conclusions Kugel hemioplasty via anterior approach can repair and strengthen the whole anatomy area of myopectineal orifice. It is available for various kinds of inguinal hernias.
