The generalized open sets and strongly generalized open sets are defined.The authors obtain that the union of finite strongly generalized open sets remains strongly generalized open set,the strongly generalized open set is generalized open set,and the interior of strongly generalized open set is strongly generalized open set.The concepts of strongly generalized lower and upper weakly semicontinuous multifuntions with strongly generalized open sets are introduced,their equivalent conditions are discussed and their various properties are investigated.
