康复新液治疗智牙冠周炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effects of Kangfuxin Liquid on Treatment of Pericoronitis of Wisdom Teeth

目的:探讨康复新液局部治疗智牙冠周炎的临床效果。方法:随机选择120例下颌智牙冠周炎患者,随机分为两组,实验组采用3%双氧水和0.9%生理盐水交替冲洗冠周及盲袋,局部应用康复新液治疗,对照组采用3%双氧水和0.9%生理盐水交替冲洗冠周及盲袋,局部应用碘甘油治疗。结果:实验组的临床疗效显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论:康复新液治疗智牙冠周炎临床疗效优于碘甘油,是治疗智牙冠周炎的有效药物。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of kangfuxin liquid on treatment of pericoronitis of wisdom teeth.Methods： 120 cases of patients with pericoronitis of wisdom teeth were selected randomly,and divided into two groups by random,experimental group and control group.62 cases in experimental group were treated with topical application of kangfuxin solution after local flush with 3% hydrogen peroxide and 0.9% saline;58 cases in control group were treated with topical application of iodoglycerin after local flush with 3% hydrogen peroxide and 0.9% saline.Results： The clinical therapy effect of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group.The difference between the experimental group and control group was significant statistically（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The clinical effect of kangfuxin solution on treatment of pericoronitis is better than iodoglycerin,and is the effective drug to treat pericoronitis.
