Prospects of Exploitation and Utilization of the Wild Edible Fungi Resource from Kangxian,Gansu

摘要 从野生珍稀食用菌方面综述了康县食用菌的资源状况,通过对康县野生珍稀食用菌研究、开发现状的总结,就其存在的问题提出了相应的建议。简述了野生珍稀食用菌资源在康县应用开发中的广阔前景。 This paper briefly reviews the wild edible fungi resource in Kangxian from wild edible fungi.The present status of their research and utilization is summarized in detail.Based on the problems existing on the edible fungi exploitation and utilization,corresponding suggestions concerning this issue are proposed.Finally,the author discusses the development potential of wild edible fungi resource in Kangxian and gives some suggestions on development.
