中药蟾酥的药理作用研究进展

Pharmacology Advances in Studies on Bufo Bufo Gargarizans

蟾酥是我国传统中药,是蟾蜍科动物中华大蟾蜍或黑眶蟾蜍的干燥分泌物。蟾酥所含化学成分主要有蟾蜍内酯类、蟾毒色胺类等,现代药理学研究表明其具有抗肿瘤、强心、局麻、镇痛、抗炎等多种作用。本文综述近年来国内外学者对蟾酥的化学成分、药理作用的研究概况。

ChanSu,an important traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）,also called toad venom or toad poison,is prepared from the skin secretions of giant toads,including Bufo bufo gargarizans Cantor and B.melsanostictus Schneider.Bufadienolides and bufotenine were the major constituents of Chansu.It showed significant cardiotonic,blood-pressure-stimulating,anesthetic and anticancer activities.This paper reviewed the Pharmacology advances in studies on Bufo bufo gargarizans.
