Taking National Institutes for Food and Drug Control as an example, the paper introduces the principles and concrete steps of constructing information resources. Focusing on the existing problems it provides corresponding suggestions, including cooperation mechanism among institutions for food and drug control, self database construction, sense of responsibility and quality promotion of procurement staffs, etc.
