介绍医疗信息化发展现状及面临的挑战,分析医疗信息化优秀人才培养存在的医学与计算机知识缺乏融合、理论脱离实践等问题,探讨以实践为基础、以渗透式学习方式为手段、以提高学生计算思维能力为目标的医疗信息化人才培养的新模式。

The paper introduces the development status of medical informatization and its challenges, then analyzes the problems existed in talents training such as the low linkage between medicine and computer knowledge, theory could not fit for the practice, etc. It also discusses a new module for medical informatization talents training based on practices, using immersive learning method, and with the target of improving the computational thinking ability of students.
