Putting forward suggestions of that Shanxi must get fully prepared for entering knowledge economy including five aspects,they are asquiring a developing outlook from resources economy to knowledge economy,forstering high-level intellectual talents,giving priority to the development of information industry of our province,further strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights,and cultivating the leading industries group of our province's knowledge economy.
