湿法生产过碳酸钠工艺研究

Study on Wet Producing of Sodium Percarbonate

本文采用正交试验对生产过碳酸钠的工艺条件进行了优化选择 ,找到一种原料和设备易得、流程简单的过碳酸钠的生产方法 ,其过氧化氢收率大于80 % ,产品活性氧含量大于 13% ,且具有贮存稳定性。

By using orthogonal test this paper makes optimized selection of the technical conditions of the production of sodium percarbonate, finding out a production methed of sodium percarbonate with simple process and available raw materials and equipments. Its productivity of bydrogen peroxide is more than 80%,its active oxygen content is more than 13%, and it possesses storage-stability.
