齐鲁石化丙烯腈装置“4改8”技术改造

摘要 采用从反应器到吸收塔两条生产线,回收精制系统一条生产线即"两头一尾"方案,在充分挖掘设备潜力的基础上,利用中石化开发的丙烯腈专有技术,对齐鲁石化4万t/a丙烯腈装置进行了扩能改造,生产能力提高到8.0万t/a,改造后装置运行平稳。标定及运行结果表明,改造取得了圆满成功,各项经济技术指标达到国内同类装置领先水平,取得了较好的经济效益。 The "two head & a tail" solution including two production lines from the reactor to absorption tower and one recycling & refining system is applied to the technical reformation. Based on the utilization of the full potential of the device, the acrylonitrile proprietary technology developed by Sinopec is used in the reconstruction scheme of acrylonitrile device for their capacity enlargement. After reconstruction, the device runs steady and the production capacity is improved from 40 000 t/a to 80 000 t/a. The results show that the technical reformation achieves complete success. Various technical and economic indexes can reach domestic leading level when compared with the same device type in China. Good economic benefits can be achieved as well.
