Prevention and therapy of complications in ENT disease treated by CO_2 laser

摘要 CO_2激光在耳鼻咽喉部的应用愈来愈广泛,若病例选择与操作适当,疗效均较满意。但如对病变性质和病理改变缺乏了解,操作不当,术后不及时换药、随访,有时也会引来并发症。我院从1977年10月至1988年5月用激光共治疗8963例,随访6个月以上的有4423例,其中有746例(8.4％)发生各种并发症,分析如下。 The complicative rate developed in 4423 cases of ENT diseases treated by CO2 laser was 8.4% and the methods for preventing and therapy of complications were given.
