摘要
文本报道了Y_3Al_5O_(12)晶体中Er^(3+)离子的发射光谱研究的一些结果。研究分析解释了4~I_(11/2)—4~I_(13/2)跃迁的受激辐射的机理,获得了2.938μm激光辐射。
In this paper we report the results from the emission spectrum of Er ions in the Y3Al5O12 crystal. The mechanism of 4I11/2-4I13/2 laser emission is explained and analysed, and the 2.938μm laser emission is obtained experimentally.
