国有知识产权流失问题研究述评

A Review: Study on the Drain of National Intellectual Property

本文通过分析首先指出了国有知识产权流失的严重性和对其进行研究的迫切性 ,然后综述了我国学者就国有知识产权流失的形式、原因及其治理对策等方面所进行的研究 ,最后指出了国有知识产权流失问题研究中需解决的几个问题。

This paper points out the seriousness of the drain of national intellectual property and the urgency of study on it ;then reviews Chinese scholars' studies on the forms, the causes and the policies of the drain of national intellectual property; finally discusses some problems to be solved in the study on the drain of national intellectual property.
