2012年我国零售业面,临着挑战。在此背景下,应当在战略层面做好应对、准备突破;在营运层面通过变革,实现转型。零售企业要从内部来推动创新,从战略角度实现创新转型发展。
Our retailing is undergoing the challenges in 2012. Therefore, we should be prepared strategically to realize breakthrough and transform by reform. The retailers should facilitate innovation internally and finish innovative transformation development from strategic aspect.
