摘要
本文给出了角度调谐KTP光参量振荡器(OPO)的实验结果。采用调QNd:YAG激光器的二次谐波(0.532μm)作为OPO的泵浦源。测到的最大输出能量为19.5mJ,相应的能量转换效率大子19%。调谐范围为0.96~1.2μm。
Experimental results of an angle-tuned KTP optical parametric oscillator
(OPO) pumped by the second harmonic of a Q-swiched Nd:YAG laser are presented. The output energies greater than 19.5mJ/pulse have been obtained with an energy conversion efficiency of 19% and the obsorved tuning range was 0.96-1.2μm.
