Determination of microelement in Radix Sophorae Tonkinensis and Fructus Ligustri Lucidi and their Decoctions

目的:通过测定一副傈僳抗肿瘤验方中一些微量元素的含量,探讨微量元素与人体健康的关系。方法:采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定一副傈僳抗肿瘤验方中铁、铜、锰、锌4种微量元素的含量。结果:混合药材4种微量元素含量符合人类健康需求标准。结论:实验所用的傈僳抗肿瘤验方中含有多种对人体有益的微量元素,具有相当高的药用价值。

Objective：Through the determination of a pair of Lisu Anticancer Prescription of some trace element content,explore the relationship between trace elements and human health.Method： Determination of a pair of Lisu Anticancer Prescription of iron,copper,manganese,zinc 4 kinds of trace elements content.by means of flame atomic absorption spectrometry（FAAS）.Results： The four content of trace elements in the mixed drug to accord with human health demand standard.Conclusion： The Lisu Anticancer Prescription contains a variety of trace elements beneficial to human body,has a very high medicinal value.
