摘要
目前在炭素行业中,大部分煅烧炉高温废烟气的热能不能被有效利用,存在严重的能源浪费现象。我公司根据实际情况,开发了“煅烧炉与余热锅炉的一体化设计”技术和“外引挥发分辅助燃烧”技术,将煅烧炉的高温烟气和外引挥发分燃烧的高温烟气融入余热锅炉形成中温中压过热蒸汽,配套应用于公司原有的抽凝式汽轮发电机组,形成热电联产新技术。减少了煤炭资源的用量和污染物的排放总量,为资源的绿色消费做出了巨大贡献。
At present, most of high-temperature flue gas was wasted in carbon industry. According to the practical situation, our company researches two new technologies. One is the integration of calcined furnace and exhaust-heat boiler, another is an auxiliary firing technology of volatile matter. The high temperature waste gas of calcined furnace and volatile matter was used to produce steam gas at medium temperature and medium pressure. The steam gas supported application with our company' s already extracted condensing turbine generator and formatting conventional CHP new technology. The new technology decreases the quantity of coal and chemical pollutant, it also makes an important contribution to green consumption.
