摘要
产品研发与生产试制存在一定的差异，本文通过总结新产品研发向小批量生产试制转化中存在的问题，结合国军标GJB9001B-2009，提出加强原材料控制、人员岗前培训、生产准备检查、首件产品鉴定、产品质量评审、建立质量工作长效机制等控制措施，保证了生产的顺利进行。
There are some differences between product development and production trial. The problems of research and development of new products into the small batch trial production are summarized in this paper. The strengthening the control of raw materials, training personnel pre-service,checking the production preparation, first product identification, product quality assessment, establishing long-term mechanism of quality control is to ensure smooth production combining with GJB9001 B-2009.
