摘要
[目的]探讨内外结合疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。[方法]将120例膝关节骨性关节炎患者分为两组。治疗组采用内服虎力散胶囊+外敷通络骨质宁膏治疗。对照组口服美洛昔康胶囊治疗。[结果]治疗组72例中,显效48例,有效16例,无效4例,总有效率93.30%。[结论]中医传统疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎效果显著,在治疗膝关节骨性关节炎方面有很好的前景。
[ Objective ] To investigate the internal and external integration therapy treatment of knee osteo- arthritis chnical efficacy. [ Methods ] 120 patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into two groups. Oral treatment group Hu Li San capsules plus topical treatment Tongluo bne plaste. Control group with oral meloxi- cam capsule. [Results] Treatment group 72 cases, 48 cases cases were cured, effective in 16 cases, 4 cases inefficacy, the total efficiency of 93.30%.
