干涉法测量Zn(SCN)_2·2H_2O晶体的压电系数和电光系数 被引量:4

Measuring piezoelectric coefficients and electro-optic coefficients of Zn(SCN)_2·2H_2O crystal by interferometry

摘要 用干涉法首次测量了Zn(SCN)_2·2H_2O晶体的全部压电系数和电光系数。结果为:d_(14)=-8.8,d_(25)=-15.8,d_(36)=1.2(×10^(-12)C/N);γ41=4.5,γ52=6.4,γ63=0.8(×10^(-12)m/V)。 All piezoelectric coefficients and electro-optic coefficients of Zn(SCN)2·2H2 crystal have been measured by interferometry for the first time and results obtained are d14 =-8.8, d25=-15.8, d36= 1.2(×10-12C/N); γ41=4.5, γ52 =6.4, γ63= 0.8(×10-12m/V).
