胃肠黏膜pH值监测的临床应用进展 被引量：2

摘要 胃肠道在机体缺血缺氧状态下最易受损，近年来的研究表明胃肠黏膜pH值（gastrointest inalintramueosal pH，pHi）是监测胃肠道灌注及氧合情况的有用指标。由于测定胃黏膜pH值比肠黏膜pH值方便，而且两者意义相同，因此临床上多数情况下测定胃黏膜pH值。
