参白合剂对溃疡性结肠炎小鼠模型的疗效及对结肠病理组织改变的影响

Therapeutic Effect of ShenBai Mixture on Ulcerative, Colitis Model and its Influence on the Changes of Patho- logical Tissue: An Experimental Study on Mice

摘要 为探讨参白合剂对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)小鼠模型的疗效及对结肠病理组织改变的影响,本研究将50只昆明小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、柳氮磺吡啶(SASP)组、参白合剂高剂量组(参高组)和参白合剂低剂量组(参低组)5组,每组10只。采用葡聚糖硫酸钠(DSS)复制小鼠UC模型。在造模第1天、第10天、第20天对小鼠进行疾病活动指数(DAD评分。实验第21天处死小鼠,制备结肠组织病理切片,用光学显微镜观察病理形态学改变。结果显示,模型组DAI评分下降、病理损害显著;空白组结肠组织正常。治疗后参高组、参低组、SASP组较模型组DAI评分及病理损害显著改善(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结果表明,参白合剂能有效改善小鼠UC的症状和病理损害,对UC具有治疗作用。 The objective of this study was to explore the therapeutic effect of ShenBai Mixture(a Chinese traditional drugs formula) on the ulcerative colitis(UC) of mice model and the influence on their pathologi- cal tissue change. The 50 Kunming mice were randomly divided into blank group, model group, SASP group,large-dose of the mixture group and low-dose of the mixture group,10 mice per group. The mice UC model was established by using dextran sulfate sodium(DSS). On the 1st day, 10th day and 20th day the disease active index(DAD score of mice was taken,on the 21st day sacrifice was taken then the colon tissue pathological section was prepared for" observing their pathological morphological changes under micro- scope. As results, in model group its DAI score decreased,pathological injury was severe;in blank group co- lon tissue is normal;after treatment in rest three groups their DAI score and pathological injuries were sig nificantly improved than that in model group( P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01). Results show that the mixture can effectively improve the symptoms and pathological injury from UC,thus it has treatment role on UC.
