拖线引流术治疗高位蹄铁型肛瘘的临床观察

The Procedure of Pull-through Thread Drainage in the Treatment of High Horse-shoe Shaped Anal Fistula： Clinical Observation

为探讨拖线引流术治疗高位蹄铁型肛瘘的临床疗效，将84例高位蹄铁型肛瘘患者随机分为两组组，一组采用多切口拖线引流治疗（试验组），另一组采用弧形切开内口引流术治疗（对照组），对比分析两组患者的疗效。结果显示，两绀作治愈半和术后复发率方面差异无统计学意义．P〉0．05；试验组在手术时间、术中出血量、术后第2～4天疼痛程度、创口水种情况、肛门功能及创面愈合时间方面均优于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，拖线引流术治疗高位蹄铁喇肛瘘疗效较好，损伤小，并发症少，值得临床推广应用。

In order to explore the clinical therapeutic effect of the procedure of pull-through thread drainage in the treatment of high horse-shoe shaped anal fistula,author divided randomly the 84 aticms with Ibis disease into two groups：trial group and control groul. The trial group was subjected to tbc muhi incision pull-through thread drainage procedure, control group to the procedure of arc-shaped incisim inlernal open ing drainage,then the therapeutic effects of both groups were compared and analysed each other. As re sults,in curative rate and postoperative recurrence rate there was no statistical difference between both groups（ P 〉0.05）,but in operative time,intraoperative bleeding volume, pain extent on the 2ud.：3rd. l lh day after operation,wound edema situation,anal function and wound healing time trial group was supericr to control group（ P〈0.05）. Results show that the procedure of pull-through thread drainage in tbr lrcat ment of high horse-shoe shaped anal fistula has such advantages as better therapeutic effect, smaller inju ries and less complication,it is worthy to be popularized to use.
