脑性瘫痪儿童父母自我接纳水平与疾病家庭负担水平及应对方式的相关性分析

Correlation of SAQ of parents with cerebral palsy children and their FBS and SCSQ

目的探讨脑性瘫痪儿童父母自我接纳水平与疾病家庭负担水平及应对方式的相关性。方法选择136名脑性瘫痪患儿父母，以自我接纳问卷（SAQ）评分为分组依据，按总体SAQ的得分从高到低排序，由高到低取总人数的27％作为自我接纳高分组37例，由低到高取总人数的27％作为自我接纳低分组37例，分别进行疾病家庭负担量表（FBS）、简易应对方式问卷（SCSQ）测评，并进行统计学处理。结果自我接纳高分组患儿父母FBS总分得分为（30．64±3．18）分，自我接纳低分组患儿父母FBS总分得分（33．07±3．69）分，两组比较差异有统计学意义（t=3．03，P〈0．01）；自我接纳高分组患儿父母SCSQ积极应对评分为（17．64±6．15）分，自我接纳低分组患儿父母SCSQ积极应对评分为（14．72±4．38）分，两组比较差异有统计学意义（t=2．35，P〈0．05）。136名脑性瘫痪患儿父母SAQ总分及sA、sE评分与FBS总分、休闲娱乐活动、家庭成员心理健康评分呈负相关（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）；SAQ总分及SA、SE评分与SCSQ积极应对呈正相关，与消极应对呈负相关。结论自我接纳水平影响脑性瘫痪患儿父母的疾病家庭负担水平及应对方式。

Objective To explore the relevance between SAQ of parents with cerebral palsy children and their FBS and SCSQ. Methods We Selected parents with children of cerebral palsy, we divided them into two teams by the Self Acceptance Questionnaire（ SAQ）, namely high score team and low score one, the parents whose SAQ lies in the former 27% belong to the high score team （37 eases）, and the parents whose SAQ lies in the last 27% belong to the low score team （37 cases）. Family burden scale of diseases （FBS） and simple copy style questionnaire （SCSQ） were used,and carried on statistics processing to the material. Results FBS was （30.64±3. 18） in high score team and （33.07±3.69） in the low score team, and the difference was significant （t =3.03, P〈0. 01）;SCSQ was （17.64±6.15） in high score team and （14.72±4.38） in the low score team, and the difference was significant （ t = 2. 35, P 〈0.05 ）. The total of SAQ, SA and SE correlated negatively with FBS, family entertainment and psychological health score （P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. The total score of SAQ, SA and SE correlated positively with active SCSQ, but it correlated negatively with negative SCSQ. Conclusions SAQ of parents with cerebral palsy children influence their FBS and coping style.
