摘要
介绍美、英及澳大利亚和日本等国家的电力工业体制改革的模式，包括：立法、改革的背景、原则、内容、步骤及特点等。以期为我国电力工业体制改革的研究工作提供参考。
Electric power industry reforms have been undergoing widely in the world since 1990s. This paper introduces the models of electric power industry reforms in some countries, including United States, United kingdom, Australia and Japan. It also presents reform backgrounds, principles, measure and features. The purpose is to give some references for the studies about electric power industry reform in China.
