摘要
根据高校复合型图书馆的特征和现状,从馆内资源建设、馆员自身素质、宣传工作几方面提出复合图书馆的战略发展方向。
According to the features and the present situation of university＇s hybrid library,this paper puts forward the strategic development direction of hybrid library from aspects of the resources construction within the library,the quality of librarian,and the propaganda work,etc.
