摘要
从树立"以人为本"的阅读理念、借阅环境的人性化设计、加强馆员职业素质建设等方面论述了高校图书馆读者服务工作的新举措。
This paper discusses some new measures for university library＇s reader service from aspects of establishing the people-based reading concept,implementing the humanized design of reading environment,and strengthening the construction of librarian quality,etc.
