免维护声波吹灰器在广州石化热电站锅炉上的应用

Application of maintenance free sonic soot-blowers to heat and power station boilers of Guangzhou Petrochemical General Works

由于蒸汽吹灰器存在较多缺点，广州石油化工总厂动力厂采用了ＷＳ-１０型声波吹灰器取代原来的蒸汽 吹灰器，实现了免维护。就此，对声波吹灰器的安装布置和使用情况作了介绍，并进行了经济效益计算。由计 算可知，投资的回收期为 １年。

In view of the defects of steam soot-blowers, WS-10 type maintenance free sonic soot-blowers are used to replace the original steam ones in the Power Plant of Guangzhou Petrochemical General Works. The installation layout and applicational effects are described along with the calculation of economics, which also shows the one-year period for return of the investment.
