小鼠脊髓损伤模型的行为学评估方法 被引量:3

Behavioral assessment methods following spinal cord injury in mice

摘要 目前已存在多种针对小鼠脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)模型的行为学评分方法,常用的包括Basso Mouse Scale(BMS)法、单帧运动分析、爬梯实验和斜面实验等。其中,BMS和单帧运动分析属运动学分析,前者的评分与损伤程度有较高一致性,但是较为复杂,后者观察指标简单,但是只能做粗略的评估;爬梯实验和斜面实验是观察小鼠完成某一任务的能力而评分,指标客观,但前者应用前提是小鼠已恢复到可负重行走,并需要事先对小鼠进行训练,后者的敏感性可能有品系差异。 At the present stage,a variety of behavioral assessments for spinal cord injury(SCI) mice models has come into being,including Basso Mouse Scale(BMS),single-frame motion analysis,ladder-climbing test,inclined plane,recovery indices.BMS and single-frame motion analysis belong to kinematic measures,BMS has a high correlation with injury severity though it is complex,single-frame motion analysis is simple but only can evaluate the injury sketchily.Ladder-climbing test and inclined plane belong to endpoint measures,i.e.,scoring the mice based on their ability to accomplish a particular goal,in which the items are more objective.However the former is suitable for SCI mice,capable of weight supported stepping and needs training the mice in advance,the latter's sensitivity may have strain difference.
