摘要
本文以水轮发电机半齿、半槽、半轴向长度为计算区域 ,用三维有限元法计算定子温度场 ,以定子各个风沟风速为基础 ,确定各段铁心散热系数 ,真正反映出冷却系统类型对温升的影响 ;以白山电机为例进行了温升计算 ,并与真机实测值进行了对比 ;同时本文还做了单段铁心与半轴向长 ( 2 5段铁心 )的温升对比计算。
This paper describes the calculation method of three-dimension temperature field in the stator of hydrogenerators.The calculation region is taken among the range of half of tooth length,half of slot width and half of stator coil length.On the basis of different air velocities in ventilation dusts,by determining heat transfer coefficients in different parts of iron core,effect of cooling system types on temperature rise is reflected truly.Taking Baishan electric machine as an example,temperature rise calculation was done,and comparison between calculation and test of the prototype was made.At the same time,temperature rise calculations in single-segment iron core and in half-of -axial-length region(25 segments) were done and compared.
