摘要
结合工作实际,从坚持"以读者为本"的人性化服务理念、营造人性化的阅览环境、对馆员实行人性化管理3个方面,探讨了期刊阅览室的人性化服务管理模式。
Connecting with the work practice,this paper probes into the management mode of humanized service in periodical reading room from three aspects of insisting the reader-based humanized service concept,creating the humanized reading environment and implementing the humanized management to the librarians.
