论述了我国保障性住房建设筹集资金的主要途径,指出利用资本市场和民间资本筹集保障性住房的建设资金开辟了保障性住房建设新的融资渠道和途径,有利于打破保障性住房建设的资金瓶颈。

This paper discusses some main ways for fund raising for the construction of indemnificatory apartments in China,and points out that raising fund for the construction of indemnificatory apartments through capital market and private capital opens the new financing channels and ways for the construction of indemnificatory apartments,which is helpful for breaking the fund bottleneck in the construction of indemnificatory apartments.
