浅谈6m焦炉装煤车螺旋给料器壳体内壁铺设不锈钢板的方法与作用

Talking about the Methods for Laying Stainless Steel Plate on Internal Wall of the Shell of Spiral Feeder of 6 m Cocking Oven’s Coal Car

针对6m焦炉装煤车螺旋给料器壳体磨损腐蚀严重,在冬季运行时螺旋给料器壳体内经常积煤、发生煤料的卡阻等情况,在装煤车螺旋给料器壳体内壁铺设2mm厚的不锈钢板。该方案延长了装煤车螺旋给料器壳体的使用寿命,确保了下煤顺畅。

In the light of some situations of spiral feeder of 6 m cocking oven such as the serious abrasion and corrosion, the frequent coal accumulation within spiral feeder＇s shell in winter, and the coal obstruction, etc., the stainless steel plate with the thickness of 2 mm was laid on internal wall of the shell of spiral feeder of coal car. This plan prolongs the service life of the shell of spiral feeder of coal ear, and ensures the smoothness of coal unloading.
