大型桥钢箱梁制造变形控制技术分析

Analysis on the Deformation Control Technology in Manufacturing Operation of Large Bridge’s Steel Box Girder

主要对大型桥钢箱梁在制作过程中构件出现的主要变形问题(如挠曲变形、角变形及构件尺寸变形)进行了技术分析,并给出了相应的变形控制措施。

This paper makes the technological analysis on some main deformation problems occurring in manufacturing operation of large bridge＇s steel box girder such as the bending deformation, angular deformation and component size deformation, and puts forward some corresponding deformation control technologies.
