开拓用电市场措施的研究

Research of finding new ways to exploit power market

首先对当前电力供需矛盾相对缓和的电力市场新形势进行了深入的分析,指出制约电力市场进一步发展的主要原因,并针对这些原因,从政策引导、市场经营管理以及提高服务硬件水平三方面提出了开拓用电市场,寻求新的供电增长点的若干措施。此外,还介绍了目前国际上流行的一种先进的管理技术——需求侧管理,列举了应用该方法在深圳和美国所取得的巨大的经济效益和社会效益。

The new trend of the power markets and the contradiction between the power supply and requirements deeply are analysed.The main reasons for restricting the further development of power markets are pointed. In order to solve these problems, from the aspects of government policy, market management and service improvement,this paper brings forward several proposals which could be used to exploit power markets and seek new measures for power supply. Besides, this paper introduces the latest advanced management technology DSM and the great economic and social benefits achieved by using DSM in Shenzhen and U.S..
